Online Orders

As soon as you place your order you will be sent an automated email which is your invoice. We do not ship any items until we receive payment. When we receive payment we will send you another email stating the we have shipped your order. Depending on the shipment method your order may take up to 3-5 days nationally and 4-5 weeks internationally to arrive.

Shipping

At Katipo Books, we use NZ Post to ship all our items. the cost of the package is calculated by the websites software and is added at the time of purchase.

International Orders

At the present time because of limitations of our shipping calculations we cannot accept international orders through our website. We suggest if you wish to purchase material published in Aotearoa/New Zealand then get in contact with us via our contact form and we can quote the price for the order and any shipping. For any internationally sourced stock we suggest you try any radical publishers or infoshop closer to you as shipping from Aotearoa can be quite pricey.

Back orders

Because our database is constantly updated all products on our site should be available. Occasionally we slip up and an item item stays up for sale after it is sold out. If a product is not in stock when you place your order, we will let you know. We will also provide you are best estimate of when the product will be available. As our overseas stock can sometimes take some weeks to arrive we will give you the option to place the item on back order, refund the price of the item or offer you a store credit.

Returns

At Katipo Books we take all care with your order. If an item is damaged during shipping we require the damaged item to be shipped back and we will replace the item. All transactions within Aotearoa/New Zealand are covered by the Consumer Guarantees Act.
