The Myth of Passivity

$3.50

Author: Toby Boraman
Edition: A5 Pamphlet
Publisher: Irrecuperable Distribution
Release Date: 2004
40 pages

DESCRIPTION:

Written by Dunedin anarchist communist, Toby Boraman, The myth of passivity documents the class struggles against the neoliberal policies of the 1980's, such as the Employment Contracts Act, "Ruthinasia", and "Rogernomics". It takes a critical look at the way major Unions opposed these policies as well as looking at resistance from groups such as Maori, the Unemployed and Anarchists.
A great read on an often over looked piece of recent New Zealand history.
